Learning about the Climate Crisis - Helpful Sources and Sites
I am often asked to recommend authors and sources (e.g., publications, websites) to consult about the climate crisis. Two authors I recommend are Dr. Katherine Hayhoe of Texas Tech University and Dr. Michael Mann of Penn State University. Regarding on-line sources: The Guardian , the New York Times , and the Washington Post cover the climate crsis reasonably well. So, too, does the BBC. There are a number of non-profit organizations that present comprehensive discussions of the climate crisis. These inclucde the World Resources Institute, the Carbon Brief, and the International Instutute for Sustainable Developmeent.
